A directory will be posted soon in Charms with student name, address, phone, cell phone and e mail address. This information came from the marching band registration info you submitted. If you do not wish to have your information listed (either entirely or a specific field), please send an e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday May 25th.
You will need your Charms password to access the directory and this document should not be circulated outside of the band family. If the information listed is not correct, please update your Charms account AND e mail the changes to email@example.com so the document can be updated.
