Uniform Payments through CHARMS: The Online Store in CHARMS has been set up to simplify our billing process for uniform items for both marching band and concert bands. Simply log in to your student’s CHARMS account and go to the Online Store tab on the home page of CHARMS. Click HERE for updated instructions for paying for band items in CHARMS. Be sure to review and update your student and parent profiles in CHARMS – this is our database of student information used in all aspects of the band program.
MEET THE NEW DIRECTORS, MR. ANDY CARR AND MR. TOM RACIC! There will be a 30 minute “Meet & Greet” at 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 29 in the LW Band room, immediately prior to the summer Upbeat Club meeting. It’s a chance to meet our new directors, say hello and catch up with current directors and fellow band parents. Grab a name tag and a cookie, look over volunteer opportunities, and let’s start a great new year!
ROSE PARADE: STUDENTS AND FRIENDS/FOLLOWERS First $300 trip payment for students is due July 15. Click HERE for more details. Payments are made to the school district for the Rose Trip, not to the Upbeat Club.
Sign-ups are still open for Friends/Followers package for Rose Parade! We have one bus load of Friends and Followers for Rose, with several families waitlisted for a 2nd bus.
