Rose Trip Luggage, Uniform and Instrument Pick-Up:
Wednesday January 7th after school is unloading of instruments by students. Instruments may be picked up at that time.
Thursday January 8th after school unloading of Uniforms and Luggage by students. Uniform and Luggage distribution/pick up will be from 6pm to 8pm in the West Main Campus Band room area on Thursday. We would like each student to retrieve their summer uniform and marching uniform parts (shoes) from their chaperone and also have students hang up their marching uniform/bag on the numbered uniform racks. Once students have completed the uniform process they can obtain their luggage from the staging area.
Space will be tight as the weather does not look like it is going to support outside distribution of luggage.
The above plans are all dependent on the weather and arrival of the trucks on Wednesday; If the trucks are delayed and arrival is on Thursday we’ll still plan for evening distribution with a little more work unloading on Thursday after school.
