02/12/15 Upbeat Updates (Solo & Ensemble Volunteers Desperately Needed, Upbeat Club Meeting)

SOLO AND ENSEMBLE VOLUNTEERS DESPERATELY NEEDED!  Thanks to all who signed up since Monday.  We still have 122 slots uncovered – most of the slots needed are the individuals that check groups/soloists in outside the room before their event and assist the judge by announcing the musician and the music they will be performing at the start of their event.  These are great roles for students – please CLICK HERE to sign up to volunteer and encourage your student to volunteer also!   Please support our students – as well as the other students in District XIII who will be at LW and performing  — by volunteering and helping to make sure they have the right support to give their best performance.
