“The place to manage your student finances!”
On the Finances pages, you can find everything related to student finances and payments. Make band camp and trip payments, pay your band and guard fees, manage your student band account, and check out the latest fundraisers. Your payments can be made online by credit card through our secure PayPal account. If you have your own free PayPal account (not required), you can also make payments directly from your checking account. Charms Music Office Assistant
The Charms Music Office Assistant is an online system used to manage all student and financial information for the Lakota West band program. For log-in information, user guides, and features available to parents and students, please CLICK HERE.
Student Accounts
As a member of the Lakota West bands, you have the opportunity to earn money for your Student Account by participating in a variety of fundraisers over the year (see Fundraisers for the latest). Your Student Account is shown in the Student Miscellaneous Ledger in Charms. To use the money in your account for band-related expenses or to transfer the balance to a sibling’s account, just complete the Online Request for Student Account Transfer. If you have questions, contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org. Graduating seniors must use funds or transfer them to a sibling’s account by May 1 of graduation year.
