How to Pay Band and Guard Fees in Charms

Now you have the option to pay band and guard fees directly from your Finances page in Charms using your credit card or PayPal account. When you make payments through Charms, your account is automatically updated (you don’t have to wait for the manual posting).

Pay band and guard fees in Charms. After you have logged in to Charms, go to your “Finances” page. Then, check your “Fee Payment History” for any fees that have been charged to your account. Select the fees you wish to pay and click the “Pay Fees” button. NOTE: The “Pay Fees” button will not appear unless you have unpaid fees.

You should now see the “Fee Payment” screen below. Fill in the required fields and click the “Pay” button. You will then be taken to the PayPal system where you can complete your credit card or PayPal payment.

IMPORTANT! After completing your payment in PayPal be sure to click the “Return to Merchant” or “Continue” button to record your payment in the Charms system. If you forget to do this and your payment is not reflected in Charms, contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org with your payment information.
