Student Account Transfer

As a member of the Lakota West bands, you have the opportunity to earn money for your Student Account by participating in a variety of fundraisers during the year (see Fundraisers for the latest). Complete this online form to use your Student Account funds for band-related expenses or to transfer the balance to a sibling’s account. Graduating seniors must use funds or transfer them to a sibling’s account by May 1 of graduation year. If you have any questions, please contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org.

You can check your Student Account balance in the Student Miscellaneous Ledger in Charms. The Request for Use of Student Account Funds will be reflected in your Charms account within 7 days.

Disbursements from Student Accounts must be made in accordance with laws governing non-profit organizations. As such, Student Account balances can only be used for payment of expenses directly related to the operation of the Lakota West Instrumental Music program. The personal purchase of music CDs, DVDs, spirit gear, and music lessons is strictly prohibited.

If the amount being applied from your Student Account does not fully cover the fee, band camp payment, or trip payment, you can make an online “Miscellaneous Payment” for the balance.  To make a payment, CLICK HERE.
