We welcome all parents of band and color guard members in grades 7 – 12, as well as alumni. Please join us in supporting our fantastic band program!

Upbeat Club Volunteer Interest Form

Lakota West has an extensive number of band activities and we need lots of volunteers! No experience is necessary for any of the activities – we will be happy to train you. You can make a real difference for the students in our program AND make great friends along the way. Upbeat Club Expense Reimbursement

Reimbursement requests for expenses incurred on behalf of the Lakota West Upbeat Club must have prior approval from the Lakota West Upbeat Club Executive Board and must include a copy of appropriate receipts. Expenses incurred without prior approval will NOT be reimbursed. Please allow two weeks for the reimbursement check to arrive. Charms Music Office Assistant

The Charms Music Office Assistant is an online system used to manage all student and financial information for the Lakota West band program. For log-in information, user guides, and features available to parents and students, please CLICK HERE.

Student Accounts

As a member of the Lakota West bands, you have the opportunity to earn money for your Student Account by participating in a variety of fundraisers over the year (see Fundraisers for the latest). Your Student Account is shown in the Student Miscellaneous Ledger in Charms. To use the money in your account for band-related expenses or to transfer the balance to a sibling’s account, just complete the Online Request for Student Account Transfer. If you have questions, contact accounts@lakotawestbands.org. Graduating seniors must use funds or transfer them to a sibling’s account by March 1 of graduation year.
