Uno’s Fundraising Volunteers Needed: The Uno’s Doughraiser committee has identified a new fundraising opportunity that could generate an additional $4000-8000 in conjunction with the Uno’s Doughraiser and are looking for someone to lead it. The work would occur between now and mid-August. It requires finding 20-50 local businesses that would donate $250 for having their business card included on a placemat that would be used at the West Chester Uno’s and 4 local area Taco Bells for approximately a month in the fall. The placemat will also advertise our Uno’s doughraiser and trip to the Rose Parade. We are looking for individuals who are willing to coordinate the placemat fundraiser or serve on a committee to support it. If we have a committee of 8 and each member was able to find 5 donors, this would enable us to generate approximately $8000. This fundraiser, together with the Uno’s Doughraiser, is planned to go against reducing the cost of each student’s trip.
