Band Announcements:
1. Very thankful at this Thanksgiving time for all the wonderful students and parents at Lakota West. Hard to believe last year at this time we were in New York and next month in California!!!!
2. District 13 Honor Band Auditions at Fairfield on Dec. 6. Audition times will be out very soon.
3. Holiday Concert on Monday, December 15 at 7:00.
4. Symphonic Winds will be performing at the OMEA State Conference in Cleveland on February 7. Prior to that performance, 2 performances in Southern Ohio! January 27 at Music Hall with the Mason High School Wind Symphony, 7:00 and ticket charge of $10 for adults and $7 for students. February 3 at Lakota West at 7:00.
5. Solo and Ensemble event at Lakota West on February 14. Solo music should be selected now, and ensembles will selected in early December.
6. Marching Band News:
A. Thanks to all that participated in the football play-0ff games!!!!
B. Only 5 more marching rehearsals prior to our Rose departure.
C. All students that did not pass off music will have Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals in December!!
D. Parent meeting for final information about Rose trip on December 9 at 7:00.
