REGISTER – First you need to be registered for the upcoming magical Macy’s season, preferably BEFORE the deadline of 1/15/13. (You know you want to be a part of this season! Who likes late fees?) DEPOSIT – Why do we have a non refundable deposit and why are we paying it so early this year? Because we are getting our long awaited new uniforms and the reps will be at school on 1/8/13 to measure the marchers for their CUSTOM FIT new uniform! Please do everything you can to be at school that day. They will be at main campus and freshman school to measure. Yes, even guard registers and pays because we need a really good count this year for everything we are planning.
SILVER TRUMPETS – For the benefit of the freshmen who are just registering and may have missed the last band mails, the Lakota West band got an excellent deal on some used silver trumpets just before Christmas, negating the need to purchase one’s own. CLICK HERE to see that post and information on where you may still be able to get a very good deal on your own silver trumpet if you are still interested in one of your own.
