It’s finally here! The long awaited follower’s package itinerary, inclusions, payment plan, website to take payments, and even an interest form for a motor coach transportation option. We’ve been busy elves over the holidays and we apologize for the short timing on making that first deposit. However we really need to stress that at least 40 PEOPLE must sign up and deposit by 1/15/13 or the package contract will be cancelled. (we don’t anticipate a problem) Please don’t procrastinate.
The payment plan page allows you(r friends/family) to sign up for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. Please read the entire page before signing up. There is also a link to express interest in Motor Coach transportation to and from Cincinnati. Again 40 PEOPLE must express an interest for this option. CHAPERONES – If you have an interest in being a chaperone for this trip please contact Dave Bubash, one of our trip coordinators, at parade@lakotawestbands.org. (this email is new so make sure he confirms he received it with next steps) We will be collecting names from interested parties and going through a process to determine how many we need and get a balance of men and women. It may take a little time. In the mean time if your family is planning on taking a follower package PLEASE sign up with them as a family. If you are selected as a chaperone we will apply your payment to your “chaperone” rate and will make adjustments to your family’s new room rate.
