BRANSON – The first payment deposit deadline is 12/31/12. Please make every attempt to meet this deadline if you are interested in the trip so that we can begin to finalize plans. The original cost estimate for the trip was $800 and the payment schedule was set up for this total. Based on the latest itinerary we expect the trip to cost $700 or less. Once all of the costs are finalized the last payment on the schedule will be adjusted down.
MACY’S APPAREL & GIFTS – If you were unable or unprepared at the holiday concerts to purchase a Macy’s long or short sleeve Tshirt, place an order for our fabulous custom Macy’s fleece items, or buy a sticker or window decal you are still in luck. Orders are still being taken. CLICK HERE to access the order form to mail in to the PO box. UNIFORM SALE, PILLOW LAST CALL – The uniform sale has been a fantastic success. Over 2/3’s of the jackets and parkas have been sold, but there are still more of all items left. Due to the enormous number of pillows sold, we have decided to send them out to be made. The company will make the pillow prototype we had made. If you have any interest at all in a pillow ($50) you need to contact Sue Tanner at president@lakotawestbands.org before 1/8/13. Some extras will be made, but after this date supplies will become extremely limited. If you are interested in any other items (shako, plume, parka, uniform jacket), you can use the same contact email.
