This is an update on the Macy’s trip. CLICK HERE for the most up to date answers to FAQs about the Macy’s season in general; updated answers and new questions are in blue font. This FAQ document is posted on each of the Macy’s payment pages (student and followers). This document will address (very short answers below, read the document for more complete answers):

- We’ve reached the 40 follower minimum
- Families can sign up for a followers package after the 1/15 deadline, but it may cost more. Do not procrastinate.
- There is no parade seating/viewing available to reserve or purchase. The Westin is ~4 blocks from Macy’s where the band does its “performance” on the parade route. That is why this hotel was chosen.
- We will provide a bus separate from Gateway. Tentative plan is to leave 6am 11/25 and depart NY 7pm 11/29
- No minimum on bus, the more riders, the lower the cost. Maximum 56. ~$120/person at full capacity

- Students need to make their trip deposit by the 1/31 deadline in order for us to get their show choices and ticket orders in the first week(s) of February
- We plan to have short informational meetings after the March 4th and 5th concerts to cover questions about the trips
