Medication permits AND medications will be collected by the Lakota West Nurse, Teresa Hesselbrock at the Marching Band Concert next Thursday, November 7, 2013 beginning at 6:00 pm. If you cannot get your medications and permits to her that night, you MUST contact her directly to make arrangements. Please remember that every medication that you want your child to be able to take (prescription and over the counter) MUST have the Lakota School Medication Permit signed by your family doctor when you turn it in.
