URGENT Parents of Seniors FINAL REQUEST (all programs: Marching Band, Color Guard, Concert and Jazz) – It is not too late to have your student included in the annual Senior slide show presentation – the deadline for Senior pictures has been extended to this weekend – Sunday, May 11, 2014.
Please submit photos – baby and current – of your student for the slide show presentation to be shown on Band Awards night. Pictures can be brought to school and placed in the large manila envelope hanging on the bulletin board between Mr. Snyder’s and Mr. Chumley’s offices, or they can be scanned and emailed to Mrs. Frederick, one of our senior parents who has graciously agreed to coordinate the creation of the annual slide show for Band Awards Night. Photos can be scanned (200-300 dpi) and emailed to Mrs. Frederick at yfrederick@cinci.rr.com.
Please make sure all photos brought to school are marked with the student’s name. All pictures that are brought to school will be returned to you – you can get your photos back on Awards night.
