- Monday, November 17: East & West Fall Jazz Concert – East Main Campus Theater
- Tuesday, November 18: November Upbeat Club Meeting – 7:30pm LWHS – likely Choir Room
- Wednesday, November 19: Turn in meds & med/consent forms for Rose Parade trip to Robin Robinson at end of marching band practice
- Saturday, November 22: Pep band for the next round of playoffs. Details to be shared in band.
- Monday, November 24: Turn in meds & forms for Rose Parade trip to Robin Robinson at end of marching band practice
Rose Parade Medication and Forms Turn in: Student medications, parent authorization for administration, and medication forms for use during Rose Parade trip should be turned into Robin Robinson, school nurse, at end of Marching Band practice either Wednesday, November 19 or Monday, November 24. These are the correct dates – as there has been some confusion. The meds and forms MUST be turned into Robin Robinson, not directors or anyone else. Your student’s chaperone will need to carry all the medications for all of the students in their group in their original containers – so please consider sending travel size bottles for OTC meds, etc. as appropriate
50/50 Raffle: Our drawing for the grand prize – and three additional prizes – is about one month away! If you have sold tickets, or if you need tickets to sell, please see us at the Upbeat meeting this Tuesday night. Parkas We are missing one bag of parkas and a field commander parka. If anyone has yet to return their bag, please let either Keri Rampton (513-607-7707) or Cindy Schubart (937-572-0486) know. Holiday Shopping Fundraisers: The Upbeat Club currently has two fundraisers going on that can help you with purchases for your gift giving for the Holidays and in return give 20% of your purchases to support the band.
