- Jazz ‘n Cakes Adult Volunteer Sign-ups happening now! CLICK HERE to sign up to volunteer. We have about half the adult volunteers needed. Ticket sales, dining room supervisors, coffee makers, kitchen prep help especially needed! Please sign up now!
- Student Volunteer sign-ups are posted in the band rooms at the Freshman School and the High School. Encourage your student to sign-up – Service hours letters are available. Volunteer for a shift or the whole morning!
- Ticket Sales/Payment – Parent volunteers will be available at school again between freshman band periods and at end of day at the high school to collect monies from sold tickets. Please make every effort to sell your tickets!
- Performance times for Jazz ‘N Cakes are: 8:00am – Freshman Jazz Band; 8:40am – Ridge Jr. School 7th Grade Jazz Band; 9:10am – West Jazz Combo; 10:00am – Plains Jr. School 7th Grade Jazz Band; 10:30am – West Jazz Ensemble; 11:15am – West Jazz Combo
KROGER CARD SIGN-UPS! Every April, we need to re-register everyone’s Kroger Plus card to the Lakota West Upbeat Club so we benefit from the monies Kroger donates to the community. The 2015-2016 Kroger Community Awards Programs begins May 1, 2014 and enrollment officially opened April 1, 2015.
