22nd Annual Jazz ‘n Cakes March 30
Calling all volunteers! This is a big one! We aim to serve 2000 pancakes and even more sausages! We need both parents and students to sign up, which makes it even more fun!
Have you heard about the baskets? Our tireless planning team tells us the value is nearing $10,000! You don’t want to be left out. You can even buy basket raffle tickets in advance and they’ll be ready when you arrive! Online basket raffle sales end the evening of 3/28.
Click here for link to purchase in advance.
All Lakota staff has been invited and given one free ticket – they can simply show their ID. Students should ask any of their teachers if they are coming!

BERNSTEIN: Slava!
HANSSEN: Valdres
GERSHWIN: Rhapsody in Blue (
Want a preview – click here!) If that doesn’t get you excited, just wait to you see Anna Lavin on the piano!! No previews, you have to come to the concert!
DAUGHERTY: Niagara Falls
Tickets available online or at the door. $11 tickets, $5 for groups of 20 students or more. Tickets on sale –
Facebook event – tell friends you are going, invite or share! We’d like to fill Music Hall!
Winds students depart from school at 1pm so they must have all attire with them when they get to school. There will be appx 90 minutes that they could bring homework and/or watch Mason rehearse. Dinner will be provided, and they will be joining Mason. Busses will take them to the concert and PARENTS transport them home. If you have an issue with the return, contact Mr. Carr.
Taste for Music for April is back at Uno’s on 4/16
Event runs all day 11am – 9pm. A coupon will be available soon that you’ll need to show when dining so a portion of your meal is donated to the Upbeat Club. Look for link in future communications. Please support our band and a strong community sponsor at the same time. Facebook event – click here. Invite friends, click you are interested, or share to your page!
