We are leaving this Wednesday, October 15th, for our trip to Orlando, FL.
We’d like to share some important information with you specifically for this trip.
Here’s the Itinerary for our trip
- Room and bus assignment lists will be provided to students, along with a detailed daily itinerary.
- Students will receive luggage tags for the suitcase, red bags and backpack colored by bus when they check in.
- They will also be given a lanyard, which must be worn at all times, except during performances and while in their hotel rooms.
- On Sunday, we will send a Remind message to notify you of our approximate arrival time at the West. Please make sure to download the Remind App!
- We have provided this general packing list for your convenience. In addition to the items listed in the list, students may pack a swimsuit in case they have downtime to visit the pool. A parka is not needed for this trip.
- Very IMPORTANT.. Please make sure they pack their uniform in their red bag for the trip to Orlando. If they forget, they won’t have a uniform to march in.
- Students are responsible for carrying their own bags and belongings. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Please ensure that your student packs one outfit for Thursday in their backpack or day bag, as they may not have access to their luggage before heading to the park that morning.
Meals: Please make sure to check the itinerary and have your students bring money, as some meals are not included in the trip cost.
Travel Plan for Wednesday, October 15th:
2:45pm All four tour buses will arrive at Lakota West Freshman Campus to pick up freshman students. Buses will leave for main campus (You can load luggage or if it’s already at main campus then you can load it when the buses go to main)
