Tickets for the Music Hall concert can still be purchased at Lakota West Main Office until office closing at 3:30pm on Tuesday, January 27. If you have pre-ordered tickets through the website, please pick them up at the Will Call table at Music Hall at 6:00pm or after on Tuesday.
Solo & Ensemble Volunteer Sign-Ups: Please CLICK HERE to volunteer for Solo & Ensemble. Service hours are available for student volunteers – please ask for a letter at the office. Jobs available include: In-Room Assistants, Outside of Room Monitors, Hallway & Practice Room Monitors, Concessions, Check-in Table. Adult only volunteers are needed for Office Workers/Assistant, OMEA pin seller, Runners. This is a major event – please volunteer.
“Best of West” DVD’s are now available for order. DVD’s are $35 each and include videos from the entire “Best of West” season taken by our video crew. CLICK HERE to order via our website. Orders will close in May and TriState will produce over the summer for delivery to your home in the fall. The 2013 season video can also be ordered at this time.
Mr. Snyder Retirement Celebrations! Two different celebrations are planned to help Mr. Snyder celebrate his retirement.
· Retirement Open House: Sunday, February 22 – Please stop by to wish Mr. Snyder well at this Sunday afternoon open house. Light refreshments will be served. Exact times and location are still being finalized.

Attention Parka Washers! If you took parkas home to be washed and haven’t returned them yet, please do so ASAP or let Keri or Cindy know you have them at uniforms@lakotawestbands.org.
Uniform Donations – Seniors, if your Drillmasters, red polo or khaki marching shorts are in decent shape and you would like to get rid of them, please leave them in the uniform room.
Jazz ‘n Cakes Basket Raffles – Jazz ‘n Cakes will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 and solicitation of donations is in the beginning stages for basket raffles and silent auctions. If interested in helping solicit donations, please contact Bill Hertz at market@lakotawestbands.org. Additionally, if anyone has a business or would like to make a personal donation towards the basket raffles please contact Bill to arrange delivery. Suggestions include gift cards, new items (games, toys, household items, etc.) or maybe an unused Christmas gift that you would like to see go to a good home and help with the Jazz ‘n Cakes basket raffles at the same time. Items can also be brought to the February Upbeat Club meeting.
