03/18/15 — Important Announcement
The Lakota West Girls Basketball Team has made it to the Final Four. The entire Lakota West Marching Firebirds are playing their send off on Thursday morning. Here is how it will work.
@10:30am- The Band Room Doors will be open. All students must enter this door, no other doors are accessible due to OGT testing.
Get out marching instruments (Silvers for all but sousas-don’t want to bring them down for 2 minutes) and prepare to play but we CAN NOT PLAY our instruments until told to do so or we could invalidate all of the OGT tests (that would be bad)
Wait for instructions to head outside- at approximately 10:45am we will play outside on the sidewalk near the baseball field for the girls as they get on their bus. We will only play for about 2-3 minutes and then you will be dismissed to class as soon as your equipment is put away. You are excused from the first 10 minutes of 2nd period. Section Leaders need to take attendance.
