We’re excited to kick off our 2025–2026 Competitive Marching Band camp this Monday, July 14th at Lakota West Main Campus.
- Dinner (or have dinner delivered) is scheduled from 5:00–6:00 p.m. Parents delivering dinner may meet their students outside the band room.
- Instrument, music, flip folder, and coordinates
- Sunscreen and insect repellant
- Phone or device with access to the UDB app
- Sunglasses, hat, or visor
- Rain gear (jacket or poncho)
- Sturdy, comfortable shoes for marching/pivoting
- Thick cotton socks for blister prevention (bringing a change of socks each day is highly recommended)
- Any other personal items you may need

Our Marching Band uniform lead had to unexpectedly step down. We are looking for someone/couple of people to assume this role. This role involves:
– organizing the uniforms
– running “try on day”
– making sign-ups for the volunteers,
– helping to make sure the kids are dressed properly for all football games and shows.
No sewing experience is required. If you are good at organizing and want to be involved, this may be the job for you.
