Uniform Fitting Nights

August 4, 5 & 6 from 6:00-8:30pm

Football Band & Color Guard

Football Band students will need to come in for uniform fittings on the designated evening. If a student is unable to attend on their assigned day, they may come on an alternate day instead. The process should take approximately 30–45 minutes and students can leave once their fitting is done. Costs and detailed pricing are available on the band website.

Rookie Members:

Band rookies will receive a red bag, two pairs of gloves, and shoes at no cost.
Color Guard rookies will receive black shoes and one pair of gloves at no cost.

Payment for all other uniform items or for replacement items is due on the day of the fitting and can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

3rd Quarter Refreshment Donations

Please bring your donation of $10 towards 3rd Quarter Refreshments to Uniform Fitting nights (August 4, 5 and 6 from 6:00-9:00pm). You can also Venmo your donation amount to @bethguth (last 4 of phone: 6329) – mention MB 3rd Quarter Refreshments.

Calendar Raffle ends on 20 August

The Lakota West High School Marching Band (competitive band) Calendar Raffle is LIVE! Each raffle ticket purchased will be entered into the drawing.

YES! Every ticket has a chance to win EVERY day – EVEN IF YOU WIN!

Just 1 entry gets you the chance to win more than $5500!

Winners will be contacted personally by an Upbeat Club representative. All profits will help with the costs for the trips. **Please consider adding the Calendar Raffle Processing Fee Donation to your order to help us defer processing costs**

Tag Day is our BIGGEST Fundraiser!

Join us on Saturday, August 23, from 10 AM to 2 PM Band students go door-to-door in West Chester and Liberty Township neighborhoods, collecting donations to support the entire Lakota West Band Program. These funds help purchase and maintain uniforms for Marching Band, Symphonic Winds, Color Guard, and Winter Guard.
We Need Parent Volunteers! All band students are expected to participate, and we need many parent volunteers to drive students around their assigned neighborhoods.
