Winter Guard TriState Championships – March 31, 2012
Lakota West wins 1st Place in Scholastic A!
The Lakota West Firebirds Winter Guard competed on March 31st at the TriState Championships. The guard competed against 15 other schools and won 1st place in the Scholastic A division. This was the first time that the West Winter Guard has won this competition.
The Guard will also be competing in the WGI World Championships this Thursday April 12th at the Nutter Center in Dayton. They will perform their show “Where the Memories lie” (a tribute to the Titanic passengers) @ 4:57. Hopefully they will move on and be competing in the semi-finals on Friday morning, with Finals being Friday evening.
