The Lakota West Marching Band uniform sale/auctions will begin at 12 noon Saturday, November 3rd and close at 4pm on Sunday, November 11th. Items are listed by size or number. Bid on an item by “signing up” for it. Specific instructions are in each auction. If you don’t want your real name to be displayed, use the option to display an alternate name on screen when you place your bid. Please use the comment field to identify your bid amount. Bids increase in $1 increments. (example: $10, $11, etc.) If you forget to put your bid in comments, log back into the auction and “edit” your sign up, enter your bid in comments, click “revise sign up.” If you would like more than 1 of an item please sign up multiple times.
In the event of equal bids on certain items, earlier bids will prevail to break a tie if necessary. Successful bidders will be notified at the email they used to bid at the end of the auction. Items can be picked up from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, November 17th in the Lakota West band room at which time payment will be due. You may bring your paypal receipt (Misc payment) as evidence of payment or pay at pick up by credit card, cash, or check made out to “Lakota West Upbeat Club.” Thanks for supporting the Lakota West Bands!
