Band Announcements

  1. Q.A. week and Honor Band week-end. No school Friday or Monday. Preparations for Solo and Ensemble should be in high gear!!!
  2. Honor Band is at Mason High School this year.
  3. Marching Band deposits are due on the 15th. We fit over 230 instrumentalists for the new uniforms, guard auditions coming soon! Remember the Macy’s $50 deposit is due by the end of the month.
  4. Ensemble Recital on Monday, January 28. All ensembles perform in 15 minute blocks, parents are encouraged to attend. We have about 100 ensembles performing in 12 rooms!
  5. Solo and Ensemble day at West is February 2.
  6. The Lakota West All-State musicians will be at the OMEA State conference on Feb. 7 – 9.
