Upbeat Club Meeting (Rose trip): our next meeting is Tuesday 2/18 and will start early, at 7:00pm in the Main campus auditorium. We will have a guest, Mike Grueninger from Grueninger Travel, who will be going over details of the Rose Parade trip, including options for the “friends and family” or followers package. Please come as a family to hear more about the plans for the trip and to ask any questions you may have.
Taste of Music (Patty Burger 2/11) – Come enjoy a “Private Premier” Fundraiser at Patty Burger supporting the Lakota West Bands. Show your support of the band programs on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 from 6 – 9 p.m. at Patty Burger on Union Centre Drive (located in the old Qdoba location in front of LA Fitness)! Patty Burger is new to West Chester and is having their grand opening to the public on Wednesday. Patty Burger has invited the Lakota West band students, friends and families to come out on Tuesday evening for a “Private Premier” to enjoy their delicious gourmet burgers, fries and shakes in a private fundraiser where the band will receive 10% of all proceeds when you bring this attached flyer. Invite your friends, families and neighbors to come to our “Private Premier” of Patty Burger to support the band programs before the restaurant opens their doors to the public. February Scrip orders due noon Friday 2/14 – Don’t forget to get your Scrip orders in this month. For a copy of the order form and complete details concerning the SCRIP program CLICK HERE. The deadline for orders this month is February 11, 2014 if you mail your order, and noon February 14th if you drop it off. Scrip card proceeds are used to defray trip costs for all band members.
