Symphonic Winds Spring Concerto Concert/Band Awards Night: The Symphonic Winds Spring Concerto Concert will start at 7:00pm in the Main Campus Auditorium on Thursday, May 22, 2014 (previously listed at 6:30pm). The annual Band Awards Night will commence AFTER the concert is over and the stage cleaned up – probably 7:45ish. Awards Night is open to all band students and families with the highlights of the evening including the annual Senior slide show presentation, band awards and scholarships.
Audit Committee: The process of arranging the annual independent audit of the Upbeat Club’s financial accounts is currently under way led by the Club’s Vice President. Anyone that would be interested in being on the audit committee should contact Dave Bubush at dbubash@live.com.
Upbeat Club Elections: The annual election of officers took place at the May 21, 2014 Upbeat Club meeting. Congratulations to the following individuals who will begin their roles in June: President – Jill Trygier, Vice-President – Malinda Anderson, Treasurer – Ellen Fogle, Secretary – Leslie Twardowski and Freshman VP – Dawn DeLorenzo.
