Band Announcements:
1. Thanks to all for an amazing Homecoming week-end! I will never forget my last Homecoming at Lakota and all the wonderful current and former students!!!!!!! (and band parents)
2. Wonderful Fall Concert last Tuesday with Red, White, and Winds. Freshman Concert Tuesday at the Freshman School at 7:00.
3. Thanks to everyone that worked at Unos for our great fund raising event. Remember to spread the word and help at the Haunted School on Friday and Saturday this week!!!!!
4. Marching Band News:
A. Rehearsal on Monday from 3:00 till 5:00 due to soccer conflicts in Stadium. Wed. regular rehearsal, Thursday 7:00 till 9:00 at Freshman School (Due to soccer in stadium)
B. Saturday Schedule: Meet at West at 3:00, depart at 3:40, Perform at 6:30, (opportunity to get food at Springfield Shawnee at 7:00) return to West around 8:30.
C. Regular rehearsals week of October 27, East/West game report time on October 31 is 6:00. State Contest report time is 2:00 and performance time is 8:30 at Hilliard Bradley.
D. Rose Parade preparations in November and December are Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 till 5:00!!!!
