  • Wednesday 11/1
    • No Rehearsal
  • Thursday 11/2
    • Payment or return of Uno’s tickets distributed to each band student is due. This can be brought to band class and given to a director, or to an Upbeat Board member (only) during evening activities.
    • Student room sign-ups for Orlando will take place from 5pm – 6:30pm in the band room at main campus as well as after rehearsal at 9:30pm. ALL ROOMS must be submitted by 9:45pm. They will be finalized and sent to the travel company on Friday.
    • Medication drop-off is 6pm – 7pm in jazz room at main campus. Letter and forms are on Indianapolis Trip Web Page.
    • Rehearsal 6:30pm – 9 at main campus stadium
    • Plains Jr Concert at 6:30pm
    • Parent meeting at 7pm for Indianapolis trip at main campus theater
  • Friday 11/3
    • Rehearsal 6pm – 9pm at main campus stadium
  • Saturday 11/4
    • 12pm – practice at main campus stadium
    • 3:30pm – Eat/Load/Change (or eat after show at Mason)
    • 4:45pm – Depart for Mason
    • 7:45pm – Performance time at Mid States Band Championships in Mason. Go to our calendar for information on tickets, parking, and performance schedule. Competition is at Atrium Stadium between HS and Middle School.
    • 9:45pm – Awards
    • 10:30pm – Arrive back at West
    • Jag’s Lakota West Band Night from 5pm – 10pm extended until 10:30pm
  • Sunday 11/5
    • Daylight Savings
    • 12:45pm – students and staff only in Theater for senior skits. Late-comers will not be admitted.
    • 1:45pm – meet at West (trucks remain loaded from night before).
    • 2:00pm – Leadership letters  from interested sophomores and juniors due per Mr. Carr’s email from CHARMS on 10/31.
    • 2:05 – depart for Dayton Welcome Stadium
    • 4:15pm – Performance time at OMEA State Marching Band Contest in Dayton at Dayton Welcome Stadium.
    • 5:00pm – Awards
    • 6:15pm – Arrive back at West
