Volunteer/Pit Crew/Uniforms

There are a few spots remaining for Band Camp & Social activity volunteers. Please refer to THIS LINK for details and availability.

If you are interested in connecting with Pit Crew, please email pitcrew@lakotawestbands.org. No experience is necessary. Pit Crew is responsible for building props, moving props onto & off the field during performances, moving front line instruments onto & off the field for performances, setting up & tearing down band equipment for football games, moving band equipment to the football field for games, and more. Participating in pit crew does not require being available for every game and performance or require you to build.

Our Uniform helpers will also start gathering soon. If you are interested in assisting with our Marching Band Uniforms, look for a SignUp Genius to come out next week for fitting nights. Mother Pluckers (the uniform group) assist our students with all things uniforms. For games & performances, general maintenance and washings, storing, etc. No experience is required and another great way to get to know the students. You can email uniforms@lakotawestbands.org for more information.

If you are having issues with sending to a band email (IE yahoo users don’t work with @lakotawestbands.org emails), please use LWUpbeat@gmail.com.
