Mr. Carr has invited parents, families & friends, to the parking lot field at 8:30 this evening to see the progress that has been made in this first week of camp! Bring a chair!

SUNDAY
MONDAY
Lunch & Dinner meals are provided to students, however, feel free to still bring meals to your student if preferred. All reported allergies have been planned for. If you have any questions, please reach out to president@lakotawestbands.org.
Water refill stations will be available all week.
TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY
POOL PARTY
Students need to have THIS WAIVER filled out prior to the party. Students 18+ fill out for themselves, under 18, parent needs to fill out.
Location: Mason Municipal Aquatic Center
Students should plan on eating dinner between rehearsal and the pool party.
THURSDAY
Section dinner details should have been shared with students, those details are not necessarily available to directors or the exec team to answer questions so please have your student reach out to their section leader.

Volunteers Needed
Uniform Fitting Night Volunteers – No experience necessary. Help our students get everything they need for their uniforms.
Uniform Fitting Nights
Uniform fitting nights are coming up on August 5, 6 & 7. Please come with payment or send with your student; cash, check or credit cards will be accepted.
Monday: Drum Majors, Percussion, Alto Saxes, Baritones, Mellophones
Tuesday: Clarinets, Low Reeds, Flutes, Sousaphones
Wednesday: Color Guard, Trombones, Trumpets
We are also asking for donations to be delivered those days for 3rd Quarter Refreshments which will be served at the football games, see graphic for details.
