News
- We are in need of carpool drivers for 4 more students for the 2/22 competition at Campbell County High School.
- Schedules & logistics for Campbell County will come out soon, the current performance times are:
- JV 12:55pm; awards 3:44pm
- Varsity 6:12pm; awards 8:47pm
- TMA finalizes the schedule the weekend before when registration closes, times are subject to shift but shouldn’t be drastically different.
- JV no longer rehearses on Thursdays, Fridays only with Saturday 2/15 from 9-1pm.
- Reminder to sign the commitment form if your student is interested in doing guard in the fall with marching band. Links are found at the bottom of this email.

Jazz ‘n Cakes 
We ask each band student to contribute $5-10 towards our raffle baskets. You can provide a gift card, cash or check and we’ve even provided a Venmo link you can use.
Donations can be brought to the band room anytime.
Donations will also be accepted at the band concerts on Feb 24 & 25.
If you have a basket, or any items that could be used towards a basket, those will also be accepted at the band concerts.
Can you, or your student(s) ask your employers for a donation? We are happy to provide a letter if requested. Please email pancake@lakotawestbands.org.

We can always use help with planning this year but we know that SEVERAL roles will be vacant next year. We are looking for people to shadow those positions this year to make the transition easier next year. If you are interested in joining the committee, or would like to learn more, please email pancake@lakotawestbands.org.

- Help with kitchen organization day of the event
- Looking for shadow for additional kitchen role vacancy next year

- This role helps coordinate between the host stand and the dining room, keeps the flow organized

- Communications (graphics, program creation, create flyers, etc)
- Vendors (secure, coordinate & communicate with vendors on Main St)
