Band Camp: Theme Days – FAQs
- Questions about the Themes? We want the kids to be independent, encourage them to reach out to their leadership with questions.
- Band kids receive a ticket to the DCI Show in Mason, and will be transported on buses. Parents who wish to attend will need to buy their own tickets here. We need bus chaperones – and bus chaperones will be provided tickets. Sign up here (scroll to Monday 7/28 DCI show chaperone).
- Lunch will be provided this week. Here is the Daily Lunch Menu.
- Section Dinner locations are determined by section leaders and parents will need to provide transport. Details will be communicated in the Section chats.
- On Friday 7/31/2025, the Pizza Dinner is provided by the Upbeat Club. Sections will bring in snacks and desserts to share during the Volleyball Tournament.
Pool Party Waivers Required!
Our annual Band Camp Pool Party will be held on July 30th at the Mason Municipal Aquatic Center. Parents will transport to and from the pool. To participate in this exciting event, all students must submit a signed Waiver. Pool waivers must be completed online before 7/30/2025. Football band kids will need to come to try on their uniforms on their section evenings. If they can’t make their day they can come another day. Fitting should take about 30-45 minutes.
Band rookies are provided red bag, 2 pairs of gloves, and shoes for free. Color Guard rookies are provided black shoes and 1 pair of gloves for free. All pricing is listed on the website. Payment must be brought on fitting day – Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
