We Need Your Help – Our Marching Band Students are Counting on YOU
Marching band summer camp is right around the corner, and we still have several volunteer spots that need to be filled. Right now, we simply don’t have enough helping hands to support our students throughout camp.
We truly need your help. Even a few minutes or a few hours of your time can make a meaningful difference. Every volunteer matters. Every shift helps. Together, we can give these hardworking students the incredible camp experience they deserve and show them that someone is behind them every step of the way.

Tips for Summer Camp
Before the first whistle blows, make sure you’re ready to beat the heat:
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Start drinking water NOW – not just on practice days
- Get some exercise
- Eat healthy
- Get a good night’s sleep to help your body perform its best
- And practice your MUSIC!!

Phone Donations Requested
We are still collecting phone donations.
We are using the UDB App and students in both bands will need a phone or a tablet to access their drill. The UDB app is Android & iPhone compatible. If you have any unused devices lying around, please consider donating them to the band – we would like to keep a few extras on hand.
Apple devices from 2017 or newer, or Android devices running at least version 7.1, as long as they can hold a charge for four hours. Even if the screen has a few cracks, they’re still usable!
If anyone has an unused phone to donate, they should factory reset it before handing it in. No need for a cell connection, since the devices will only be using WiFi. We will collect them at the beginning of our summer camp next week.

Once you’ve joined, you can download the BoosterHub app from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You must download the app to get the full benefits of the application.
