Marching Band Trips

Your $300 deposit was due by September 4. If you haven’t yet registered and do not have an application submitted for financial assistance, please register immediately HERE. We will communicate with our Angel Fund scholarship applicants regarding next steps on September 11. Funds raised from the Calendar Raffle will be split evenly amongst all marching band/color guard students to help offset the trip costs, please do not pay trip in full at this time. We will communicate soon with the final total amount.

A few CHAPERONES are still NEEDED. Please fill out THIS FORM if you are interested in Chaperoning one or both of our trips this year.

The costs for chaperones is not what is listed on the registration page.

Chaperoning BOTH trips, double occupancy = $ 1099
Chaperoning Johnson City only, double occupancy = $669
Chaperoning St. Louis only, double occupancy = $430

MEDICATIONS – The deadline to submit paperwork & medications for the trips is October 5. Please see THIS LETTER from our school nurse. Please direct all questions to the nurse, Sarah Mitchell, at Sarah.Mitchell@lakotaonline.com.

PSAT Testing – We are working on a solution and waiting on approval from the school for the new plan. Please stay tuned for details.

Photography Team News

LAST CHANCE to purchase your copy of the panoramic group shot! Sales will close on SUNDAY!

Individual photos can now be found on our Flickr account ready for you to download and use as you wish. The team is asking for a $5 download donation in order to keep Flickr running and allow for minimal purchases to assist in providing the best quality products for our program.

Senior Banners are in production with the goal to have them on display inside the stadium front gate by 9/14.

Lakota West Invitational

Bus Chaperones for Day Trips (Obetz & Springboro)

Tech Team – Looking for someone to run a camera during live performances, all equipment is provided. If you’re interested or want more information, email web@lakotawestbands.org.

Financial Audit – Volunteers will be conducting the financial audit this month. If you are interested in helping with the audit (takes 1-2 hours total) or would like to learn more about the Treasurer role (our current volunteer will be senioring out this year) email finance@lakotawestbands.org or speak with any of the Upbeat Exec Board members.
