We have 13 bands competing this year and will be giving away 31 trophies.
We still need sponsors for the trophies and welcome individuals, families, or businesses to support this exciting event.
Each sponsor will be formally acknowledged during the awards ceremony and will have the opportunity to designate a presenter for their sponsored trophy.

Varsity Football Game – Volunteer to EARN for Upbeat Club
Sign up for a shift (or two!) for Lakota West Athletic Boosters Concessions and help earn $$s to help your favorite group – the Upbeat Club!
Option 1: Individual Sign up Earn $50 per shift for the group of your choice (may we suggest the Upbeat Club?)
Option 2: Team Sign up Sign up with a group of minimum 3 and earn $150 (or $100 if no grilling is required). Students 5-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Trip Chaperones Needed
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to be part of your student’s band experience? Join us as a trip chaperone! You’ll help keep students safe, make sure they’re where they need to be, and share in the excitement of performances and travel. Chaperones are the heart of these trips by supporting students, cheering them on, and creating lasting memories together.
A Raptor background check (renewed every 3 years, $18) is required. Chaperones are responsible for their own trip cost, which will be shared once finalized.
