The Union Centre Music and Food Festival parking lot opportunity is nearly here! The biggest need is for 1-2 more volunteers on both Friday (9/28) and Saturday (9/29) nights from 7:30-11pm, followed by the 4-7:30pm shifts. This unexpected, simple fundraiser has the potential to be as big as half a Tag Day with very little effort and no expense to band parents depending on festival turnout. All of the lots are in the West Chester Square area. Bring a lawn chair, snacks, dancing shoes, enjoy the music, and bond with your fellow lot workers while you’re out there collecting the money. Lot assignments and final instructions will be sent out Thursday morning. People can continue to volunteer through the mornings of each event day and I will work you into the schedule. Thanks to those that have already volunteered!
